Billions of products arrive daily at the port of LA in San Pedro. You can go to the LA port yourself and buy anything you wanted at a wholesale price.
You don't have to go to the Port of LA; everything is ready to buy in downtown LA. Downtown LA has thousands of wholesalers that offer every type of products you won't need to drive anywhere else. You shouldn't drive anywhere else, because you can get the best deal in LA. I'm a business owner and have been getting all of my supplies from LA for the past three years and it work out great for me. I'm very happy with the price and the products.

The smaller single store is not as low cost as the wholesalers. Wholesalers can offer lower prices because they bought at a lower price and they imported from a foreign country whereas smaller store might get their supplies from a US based manufacturers which cost higher.
The stores in downtown LAare thousands in number and they're adjacent to each other on a straight line, there is nothing else in between but businesses therefore it's easy for you to walk from store to store and don't have to drive far for another store when parking in downtown is very rough and pricey. You have to park at a paid parking lot. There is no free parking in LA anywhere unless it's a restaurant.
